The MCA Network is protected by a state-of-the-art Firewall; 24/7 Remote Network Security Monitoring and automatically updated anti-virus software. Our Firewall provides the latest in intelligently layered security architecture; incorporating multiple defense layers, intensive intrusion prevention and web filtering capabilities. Access to our system is allowed only through pre-approved VPN connection.
Our Call Center utilizes AVAYA, the most powerful Call Management System on the market today. This Predictive Dialer connects with our PAMAR system for full automation and synchronization of outbound and incoming telephone customer contacts.
DATA PROCESSING
Merchants Credit has the capability of accepting your accounts in a format that works for you. Data can be directly uploaded to our secure FTP Server, submitted by disk, encrypted email or in paper format. Accounts are set up using your criteria and timeline.
